These Terms and Conditions govern the use of floweretcompany.com and the purchase of any goods from it. floweretcompany.com is owned and operated by Floweret (53319620E).
Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Floweret reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.
Price given on home page includes delivery. The price may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on our home page.
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
To complete your order, Floweret will need some information from you, eg your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
Payment will need to be confirmed before we can send your flowers.
You should receive an email confirming your order once your payment has been processed. Please let us know if you don't receive a confirmation email as there may be a problem with your order - email@example.com
We currently operate in all districts of Singapore. This is subject to change and will be updated on our website as the changes occur.
Our delivery hours are between 3pm and 7.00pm. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
If there is no answer when we deliver, we will try our best to leave the flowers in a safe, shady spot. We will contact the recipient to let them know where we've left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we’ll call the recipient and / or sender to re-arrange delivery.
Only one style of flowers is available on any given day (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only)
A limited number of bunches are available each day. The home page will be updated when flowers are no longer available to purchase, stating that the style has sold out.
Occasionally, the flowers in the bunch featured for sale may be substituted with alternative flower types if stock runs low during the day. We will try our best to match what is presented in the "Daily Bunch" image as closely as possible. If for some reason we are unable to do so, we will notify the sender.
If you choose to ‘send on a later date’ you accept that you will not see the style of flowers until the day of delivery, when it will be too late to change your order.
If we encounter any supply issues we will inform the sender immediately and give them the option of either a full refund or resending their flowers on an alternative day.
Floweret only operates on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week.
Floweret does not operate on weekends, public holidays or over the Christmas period (unless otherwise notified by the company) so flowers cannot be sent on these days.
If Floweret closes operation for another holiday, notice will be given on the website and through social media channels.
Warranties, refunds and cancellations
Due to our quick turn around times we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a "Daily Bunch" purchase.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
For advance orders, any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Some flowers survive longer than others in the Singapore heat and humidity. Floweret will endeavour to choose long lasting flowers, and will always deliver them in water to keep them fresh for as long as possible, however it is normal for flowers to last only a few days in these hot conditions.
